Default REMOVING TURBO..S2ERST...

im changing my turbo soon and as soon as my backs feeling better im gona attempt to take of my T3 from my s2erst and wack my lovely stage 3 T3 hybrid turbo on , now the question im taking the turbo off with the manifold and actuator still attached to make it easier has anybody got any pointers on how to tackle it and how difficult is it??? , cheers all

If you take it off with the manifold still attached watch out for the rad - Pulling it off the studs in the block brings in perilously close to the fragile rad fins.

As Keith says And tape a piece of cardboard up against your rad,
And to make the job even easier remove the thermostat housing slides out a lot lot easier

Yep I fooked a rad doing mine, be careful or just take it out to be really safe, makes it a lot easier to pull the turbo out

are all the bolts easy to get to, to undo etc?
