hello people ive just went & joined the series 1 rs turbo gang cos ive wanted 1 since i was 12 or sumthing , any way i was wanting to fit a set of ecort cosworth alloy on to it would this usually be a simple job or do they have to be machined, i have got koni adjustibles on it aswell ( not sure how low it is ) but i like them low lookin so do i have to trim the arches down?

 

escort cossie wheels are 8 inches wide and the offset is not the greatest to put on a s1. it wil probably catch the arches unless you have them rolled. also from what people have told me they make the handling go to poo
