My brother-in-law just got a new shape Fiesta, the wheels are 175/65R14 on a 47.5mm offset.

Anyway, I have a set of Mondeo 16" Si rims (Cossie style) with 205/45/16 - offset here is 38mm IIRC. You can see them in my signature.

From the size they seem to be the same (wider obviously), but due to not having the correct wheel lugs, we could not test them out properly.

So, does anyone know if they will catch at full lock or at full suspension travel?

Also will the Ford lugs with collets be suitable to attatch these rims safely?
