I'm thinking of buying this.

I built a gt mach 1 and a gt dyno back in 1999 out of new old school parts but never rode them. They are still in my garage.

For me the TA on tuff's is the nicest and I had one years ago but it got stolen when my old house was broken into.

Old skool............. always wanted a PK Ripper or a Kuwahara Lazerlite. Skyway never did it for me, but I always imagined being Eddie Fiola, dressed in yellow with the banana yellow GT Performer. Remember the magh BMX Action Bike ? Still got the first copy I ever bought from 1983...............

I am still into OS BMX's, I have 3 at the moment, a restored 1979 Redline MX11, another Redline MX11 for riding, and a super Tuff Burner that was signed by Andy Ruffell and Craig Scholfield last year at the 25th anniversary.

tim March still lives local to me, and runs a BMX magazine, Andu Ruffell is a big CEO of a company in the US who organize the MOBO awards.

I have loads of pics on my website of both OS meeting in Bournemouth from 2005 and 2004.

Here's mt restored Redline, mmm much rarer that all these Skyway TA's and rippers that pop up on the bay.

You can see my super Tuff in my sig. I have also had a few burners over the last few years, including a Pro Aero, a tuff, a mini, and a std MK1.

Back in the day one of my mates bought one (god knows why) and never rode it as he broke his leg the day after he got it so I loooked after it for him. He ended up moving to Spain after making lots of money and its still in my garage never rode after he gave it to me.

Yep I had 'z' rims too. you could side kick and bend the wheel so the hub would smash on the floor.. everyone used to ask me to do it and it was as cool as hell then..
only problem was, the spokes used to push through the rim and puncture the tube every time

One of those very nearly had the death of me. Was in hospital for a couple of days broke my leg and an arm doing about 30mph when the bearings in the front wheel basically collapsed.
Was for a bet of £200 that I couldn't do 30mph down a big hill (swillington if anyone knows it) anyway I got it and ended up meeting a fence after the wheel fucked up.

Am thinking about bidding on this.

back in the late 80's i once heard a kid i didnt know say that big lad on the firebird freestyler has one for every day of the week,he was right, chrome ones acid green ones, pink and black, and a very special porsche bronze one with orange skyway super tuff 2 wheels, sounds yuky but with me coaster brake, haro freestyle tyres[or cheng shin if i was broke ,cw handle bars and a laid back seat post, not forgeting the acs rotor so i could spin the bars, i was the bizzo it came from dp like that
950 for a pk ripper tho,me bruvver paid 50 notes for one, the welding was absolutely superb and i was only 15,but could tell quality
any one remember Hollywood Mike Miranda,or Marvelous Marvin the first person i saw do a 720.on a quarterpipe
