Top marks to Victorinox
I normally carry a wee pocket knife, because it is handy if I need to cut a cable, peel an orange, get a stone out of a horse's hoof, etc.
Anyway, the spring on the scissors of my Swiss Army Knife snapped and even though the thing is years old, Victorinox fitted a new spring under warranty with no questions asked and turned the job around and had it back to me in less than 10 days. They also, without being asked, put new covers on and replaced the tweezers and the toothpick.
I can't even remember if Victorinox was more expensive than the competition, but this level of service proves they are worth more than others.
