where's the best place to get hold of a recon dizzy??

Im in need of a distributor for my escort but got quoted £235 for a new one from my local ford dealers today

just wondered if any of you know where i could get a recon one from?

Theres a place in essex that sell a modified one piece sensor for the dizzy, about £50 all up i think best way IMO thats all that goes wrong in them.
