Default lights

right here goes,my mk5 rs2000 has a prblem with the lights,cant get side lights,tail lights or dash cluster lights,get everythign else,checked fuses and there fine,sometimes they come while im driving but as soon as i switch them off and back on again they wont come back on,anyone got any ideas?

Default Same Prob

I had the same problem on my MK6.

I replaced the indicator and wiper stalk unit, took about 10min and the part only cost a fiver from a scrappy.

my heater cluster lights don t work on my RS2K give em a bang and they come on!

Mine did this on and off for a while, lights would work then randomly cut out when driving down the road and the dash clocks and everything failed, turned out part of my wiring loom was trapped so just have a quick wander up and down the sills and around the boot and check all connections too
