i have fitting a water temp gauge & got a alloy T-peice from SCS to fit into my coolant hose

prob is it leaks, told them. they said its cos i was using standard ford hose and it would have perished and told me to buy samcos

bought samcos, and guess what its still leaking!!!!!!!! argghh

what can i use to make a good seal?

it just has jubilee clips so far

is the t piece flared at the edges? U have to do the clips up quite tight.

 

yeah well tight

and its sorta flared. it has an outward rolled lip (similar to an exhuast)
