hi have anyone got pics of a pace rs500 spec intercooler as i got a small turbo escort cosworth and i just got a pace rs500 spec intercooler plus pace rad and turbo cooler but ive been told that there a difference between large turo and small turbo on a pace rs500 spec intercooler something to do with the air charge sensor which is fitted to my old intercooler so how would i know i got the right pace intercooler and where does the sensor go .
dunccoss told me it go back in the pace intercooler and thanks for the help dunc but i dont really understand whhat or where u mean
so any pics would help please and thanks for any help

temp sensor is fitted in the end of the cooler on small turbo models,just remove it and get a suitable boss welded onto your new one

any idea where i could get that done if im lucky it may the right intercooler for a small turbo where would the boss be on the intercooler m8 on the side top

here you go a pic off the sensor and boss mate not a great pic but its hard to see





hope this help, if yours hasent got the boss just get one fitted it wont cost much

any one like pro alloy ect or just get the boss from them and get it welded in your self at a near by metal work factory ect all you need to make sure is the end off the sensor is in the air flow and not tucked up in the boss
