Very good tyre. If you're interested in tyre pattern and price you could try www.mytyres.co.uk

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's are the dogs cahooners!! Awesome grip in wet or dry. No other tyre even comes close. Wicked tyre tread pattern as well!!

The F1's are generally available in two spec's, GSD2's which are the earlier versions or the latest GSD3 spec which are better. Just look on a search engine for reviews and make your mind up from there. Black Circles, Mytyres.co.uk and Tyresrus all do great deals for these and many other quality boots for your car.

I think so yes. I have used F1's for the last 4 years on many of my cars. I like the design and the feel from the F1.

But when compared with a True track tyre (as close as you can get for road use) the Prada is by far better. The rubber is made from a better compound and sticks like glue round corners.

The other thing is that the prada's i have fitted are a very hard to find low profile of 205-40-16. The F1 is not available in this size.

So if you have a low ride and skirts etc.. like a S1 with these tyres you will have no issues of rubbing against the 22year old arches.

Just bear in mind there are only 4 points of contact between the car and the road - and it's those 4 points that keep you ON the road.

So why cut corners ?

Any decent qality performance tyre will do the job, F1's, Toyo Proxes, Michelin Pilot..........it depends on how hard you drive the car. Do you need an all weather tyre or is the car a sunny day driver ? Ł70 a corner should see you alright - I paid Ł50 a corner for my F1's.

It's a decent car with decent power - make sure it stays on the road and stays in the right direction

eh?!? how did you get your F1's for Ł50?

cheapest i found them for so far is Ł88.20

really i just want some good tyres as you know traction in a RST is nigh on impossible, also doing a track day soon

dont drive it too often but when i do i like to give it a good rag

and mine is just dangerous in the wet on its current khumos!

Kumho's are a decent budget tyre but not a performance one. I run those on my 1.25 Zetec Fiesta and I really rate them but I'm a high mileage merchant. For sticky, F1's...............

i won them through REVS magazine, about 5 years ago i knew i wanted an RST so just got some tyres to fit n left them in my garage until i got an RST and some 17's

Hi guys...

These tyres are currently Ł99.60 EACH on MyTyres...

I am selling these at Ł82 delivered, or Ł70 delivered locally or collected.

or Ł325 delivered for the whole set... which is Ł73.40 saving, or Ł118.40 saving if collected (or meet me closeby in Berkshire or Wolverhampton!)

i had kuhmos on last car and as sed they last ages but i found it hard to get gd traction with them...

Im usin Perelli PZero Neros at the min.... 195 45 16 and they stick very well...

they dont have most attractive pattern but i have NO wheel spin in 2nd with these on (unlesss wet) and my car got 225ftlb of torque...

if price not an issue id go for the Yokohama Paradas as ive been out in janos car with these on and they r the DOGS DANGLIES!!!!
