Default painting a 90spec rear spoiler ...

if i bought a 90 spec rear spoiler in say red, and I want it black, what would be the procedure to get it that colour

I know if its completely flatted back its needs a special rubber primer, but if not, how would i do it

or would i just be best off just getting a black one to start with

thanks

Flat back, say 360 wet n dry
Prime, also using a flexible additive
flat back say 800 wet n dry
colour, again, mixed with a flexible additive job done..... (In theory)
