HOW do u remove esort cosworth
Can you not take of the trim where the seat belt holders are and remove windows with the hinges still attached to the glass?
I know its possible to do on the S1 and you dont ruin them black caps as they are a pig to get off and are only really worth forcing off if you have a new set to go back on.
Should be 4 screws behind the trim give it a go

Hello mate, I've done this when I had to get the tinting film off mine. You do it all from the inside and don't remove anything from the glass itself.
Open the window and then get someone else to hold onto it while you're removing the window from the mounting points, so they can lift it away when everythings removed, and so it doesn't drop out and smash basically.
The back handle that opens the window you need to lightly knock the central pin out with something like a precision screwdriver and a hammer. It won't be too tight (it should just tap out).
Then you need to get access to the two front mounts on the centre pillar by removing the pillar plastic trim panel. To do this unbolt the seatbelt mounting bolt and then this trim panel just pulls off.
Then you've got access to the two mounting screws on the pillar. Take those out and that's all the mountings removed. This is when the other person can lift it away.
And refitting is the reverse of removal as they say in the Haynes manual.
Hope that helps.
