wot 16" wheel/tyre size is best

putting some 16" comps or speedlines, etc on my fiesta.

whats the best width, et, tire to go for? I dont want too much scrubbing if poss!

fiesta ET is 35 as for the width i'm not sure i'm putting some 7 inch wide rs7 in 16's on mine with 195/40/ tyres on which should go straight on

I'm running 7" x 16" ET20 on rear with 195/45 and 7"x 16" ET30 on front currently running 195/45's but have a pair of 40's to fit when I get round to it...
