Am unsure of what to buy, so thought I'd ask people who would know..even tho this has prob been asked a few times already

For my custom radiator, I require 2x 8" fans. One sucking, one blowing plus any fixing kits.

These are the options I have found:

SPAL £120 for a pair inc fitting & delivery from Fereday. £50-ish each (fan only) from other places

Over all diameter = 210mm
Blade diameter = 190mm
Thickness in centre = 52mm
Thickness at outer edge= 32mm
Max Air flow 436.00 cfm

KENLOWE Sucker/Blower £80 approx each

Over all diameter = 184/210mm
Blade diameter = 178/202mm
Thickness in centre = 59/59mm
Thickness at outer edge= 36/38mm
Max Air flow 380 cfm (typical car rad) 590 cfm (free airflow)

Davies Craig £50 approx each

Over all diameter = 213mm
Blade diameter = 186mm
Thickness in centre = 52mm
Thickness at outer edge= 31mm
Max Air flow 400 cfm

So, ideas on which YOU consider the best option..or link to another type/ manufacturer please.

 

If the others are rated at air flow in free air then I would get the Kenlowe.

The HD Kenlowe fans that were on my Dad's car were absolutely awesome! Cooled the car down far quicker than the current Spal fans.
