couple of questions for 2wd and 4wd please

what ampage is your alternator?

what type of pulley is on the alternator, V belt or 6 ribbed?

 

Pretty sure they are both 90 amp on 2wd and 4x4 saphs,due to heated screen etc

2wd have the twin v-belt pulley,4x4 have the multi ribbed type

 

mate, mine has got the twin vee belt arrangement and my mates has got the multi ribbed belt.
mine has no air con, and his has so i would assume that if the car is fitted with air con it has the multi ribbed belt. unless some one can correct me.

 

My 4x4 on a 1990 H reg with no air con had the multi ribbed belt

 

My 93 k plate has no air con and has the multi ribbed belt,when i replaced my alternator last month bosch said they only come with the twin v pulley now .

 

do you know the bosch part no. for the 90 amp alternator?
