Was in Fast Ford in about 1996.

Was Merc Grey at back Fading to Silver at the front. Had twin lamps, and some arbet wheels on or something.
Was built by TS i think(or tuned). Ran about 250bhp was one of the biggest at time i suppose.

Cant find old copy of Fast ford for a pic. This was THE car that got me into S2's and i had to buy one. Shortly after buying mine i parked at side of this one at Alton Towers I loved that car. Not to everyones taste colourwise but not everything is!!!!

Anyone know it? Anyone know whos it was or even if it is still about????

 

Also had half leathers and was Turbosystems Stickered up on windows etc!

 

Yes i know it mate - had the anteras with black centers, 90 spec, half leather was on cover

Quoted as 250 bhp, and am sure they said something like "this car has same pull in 5th that normal chipped rst's have in 3rd"


Didnt know it was Turbosystems engine, but it was an amazing car, and really got me hooked on RST's. Was 16 at the time and 3 years later bought mine which i still have and love

Thats the one Rick yes i remember that quote!!!!! It had TS under the bonnet too but maybe not a actuall TS build. I was 18 at time and bought mine about a year later. I am now looking forward to getting another very soon.

Was even better in flesh when i parked along side in my bog standard white s2 at Alton towers Couldnt stop looking at it!!!

i dont know mate. May have done. Although i now remember another quote! Something like it gets used everyday and he cant be doing with all that polishing etc (somthing like that lol). So maybe it didnt show.
