Default MEGASQUIRT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Ive just seen the megasquirt management on ebay for sale. It seems to have all the features most modern management and more!!!! including antilag, nitrous control, closed loop lambada control, launch control the list goes on and on.It seems to be a very cheap product aswell!!!!!

Is there anyone who has fitted this system to their rs turbo Zetec/zvh or cvh????if so what is their opinion on this management

Is there anyone out there who would fit this for me?????

What would i need if i wanted to enable the anti lag etc etc????

closed loop etc etc?????

Will this management be good enough for My zetec turbo conversion???

And finally, Is there COMPANYS out there who can live map this system for me on their ROLLERS for me eg bajoo, motorsports developments, power engineering etc etc???????

Hello. Motorsport developments will be able to map the system for you. It is a very good system, but requires the buyer to have reasonable knowledge of it's workings. If you buy the one of ebay pre built, u can specify what sensors, crank pickup, ignition system etc u are going to be using, and they can configure it accordingly.

No i don't. I'm afraid that most "tuners" cannot grasp fundamentals, and will not be able to map a system like this from scratch. MSD are mapping specialists - thats the kind of people you would need. And, they'd need the car for a week or so, to get all the cold start right.

I think the ones on ebay are way overpriced. 150£ is around what you should pay for a professionally boxed MS-I using a v2.2 pcb. ~30£ more for the MS-II and ~20£ more for a 4bar map sensor.

Maybe the easiest way:

http://www.extraefi.co.uk/

But it´s not so hard to build and install it yourself, just give it a try.
