as previously posted-
the south devon magistrates court have very kindly decided that i need more exercise and that i have a need to get better acquainted with friends, family and public transport

i was just wondering if anybody knew how this would affect my insurance and when should i tell them

Ahh sheet! Sorry Dude!

I got banned for ten days once. I did tell insurance and it did not affect me at all in the end. Think it's down to length of service and penalty codes.

I would tell them instantly just to avoid any future issues.

Should have no effect till next renewal, then its going to increase your premium.

How long you banned for?

Your licence will be endorsed mate - I don't think you've got any choice but to tell them.............if you do get involved in any accidents, speeding fines etc they'll throw the book at you. You're then not insured which means the other party can then take a civil case against you whivh involves court costs, lawyers, compensation etc......................

WTF?

Also, my ban really hurt. My insurance doubled. AFAIK, you have to advise your insurance company as soon as you receive the ban and potentially they could charge you an extra premium for the remainder of the term.

What code is it?

You're clever mate...............

and as for your signature about women drivers at least they have a licence and are insured.............unlike people like you who cause an accident then fuck off and leave everyone else to pick up the pieces. People who live in glasshouses shouldn't throw stones.............

Unlucky Paul although it could have been worse eh

I would tell them before you start driving again. Insurance companies seem to use the smallest of details to invalidate peoples insurance. I doubt it will bump it up much at all come renewal anyway. Its not a horrendously bad conviction, you bad man
