Whoever is responsible for the mess shouldn't be allowed to prep cars let alone spray them - that is a discrace.
It's amazing how many people you give a price to for spraying something and they go "How much ? I know someone who'll do it for *half the price you quoted them* " and then you see the car after they've got it back from Mr Dirt Cheap and the paint is the wrong colour /dripping off the panels / had blebs of rusted just painted over
