Whoever is responsible for the mess shouldn't be allowed to prep cars let alone spray them - that is a discrace.
It's amazing how many people you give a price to for spraying something and they go "How much ? I know someone who'll do it for *half the price you quoted them* " and then you see the car after they've got it back from Mr Dirt Cheap and the paint is the wrong colour /dripping off the panels / had blebs of rusted just painted over

Who's going to buy that? It looks like someones cut two cars in half and glued the wrong halves back together. But people are bidding on it.
