Just below and to the left of the dizzy. What is it and what does it do??

On a s2 ? There isn't a blue plug beside the dizzy it's behind the inlet manifold for the cold start.

They vary in colour to be fair, but im presuming he means this one as its the ONLY one by the dizzy.
