Any body had this problem before.
hello boys & girls
was at the chippy the other day stopped outside left misses & kids in the car with the side lamps on keys in my pocket got back in and noticed the fuel gauge had gone up to half a tank & when started again went back to just above the red ,fuel staition was next after the chippy it only does it if you leave the lights on with no ignition.

ps: bet it will be 1 of them nightmere wireing jobs.
