Its doing my head in its one of tho's things and i only goes awayafter like 10mins!!

It is the unit that has 3-pipes going into it (sorry iv never had a CC before and dont know what its called, it makes a realy loud "screaming" sound like a pig! lol i realy want to know how to stop it is there somthing wrong with it?

Any other questions that may help you answer this question please ask its just im not big on Chargecoolers and dont know much about them!

 

Sounds like the bearings in the electric pump are playing up......more than likely got bronze bearings in it rather than ball bearings, the oil dries up and then they can squeal.

 

oh right. What can i do to fix this? and i did check and it is full up as i thought it might have dryed out but its fine, so do you mean the bearings have dryed and starting to squeal..

sounds so horrid! is it easy to fix?

To be honest with you mate ive never really come into contact with a charge cooler but thats about all it can be as its the only machanically moving part..........most motors are easy to strip down and a bit of oil usually sorts it out for a very long time, but i cant be a lot more helpful than that. Maybe if u get a picture up of the motor i can help more?
