Default Fusable Links

I am going to be replacing my fuseable links with a proper fused power distribution block, does anyone know what Amp fuses I should have as replacement for the fused links?

When I chopped mine out (this was the one from the alternator by the way!!) I put in a 50 amp fuse. That was fine until one night when I had the heater, heated screen, rear screen and wipers on!!!! and it blew!! Got an 80 amp in now and thats been fine with everything on!! I reckon you could go lower, but thats just what I had around!!

just puts it back to how it should be i.e capable of supplying the correct amount of current around the car, my fusable links are currently causing me to see a low voltage at the ecu when I am using a lot of electrical items and thats not a good thing. also it allows me to neaten up around the battery and not have a massive load of wires coming off it.
