i spoke to the rspca and they said that as he didnt rip is arm off keep him they said they didnt have the room for him ? and also said that if the kids mum and da rang old bill then they would just tell me to keep him in and gate locked

ffs man, go round to the kids parents and speak to them,explain the situation,say how sorry you are and that maybe some paper boy left the gate open,offer to buy the kid a new set of nike bottoms or sommat for his trouble and promise you wont let it happen again,

put a lock up the top so the kids cant get out (dont know how old they are) or open the gate so easily,also if the neighbours have fell out with you already then theres no problem with them,just buy a nice long chain so he can just reach the end of the garden with out getting out.

then there won't be any probs and you will have free dog food for a few days
