Warning - Those that use Parcel2go.com
I posted a bumper some time in october last year using parcel2go.com - a well known courier that people use for sending ebay items.
The service has never been excellent, I've had problems with failed collections in the past but have put up with it owing to fact its quite a cheap way to post large / heavy items without needing an business account.
However, on this occasion my bumper got damaged in transit, not caused by poor packing, the bumper was just obliterated!
So I rasied a claim and after lots of chasing, repeated phone calls and emails I finally got a cheque about 2 weeks ago. However I claimed for £47.01 which was the amount the bumper sold for plus the postage charge. However the cheque was only for the amount the bumper sold for minus the postage charge.
So another email, several calls and 2 weeks later the response I get back from parcel2go is that they only refund the value of the item - Meaning I've still paid out £12 for a service that was never delivered!
Be warned guys, I know a lot of you use parcel2go, they're ok so long as nothing goes wrong, but be preapred to wait an extreemly long time to get a claim processed and even then you're still out of pocket!

I'm in the middle of a battle with them at the moment.
Sent loads of stuff no problem, but one item arrived with a hole in the side - pacel had been punctured by something!
Preparing myself for a long battle over this one.

Ive given up with them, bunch of pricks. If its not damaged, its late being picked up. If its not that its stuff not being signed for or being delivered to other addresses because the drivers are cocks.

Fuckin bunch of useless half wits
I booked them to pick up a bonnet and deliver to me. They failed to collect it on 2 seperate occasions and couldnt even give me a reason why, so i told them to forget it i'll have my money back. That was mid November last year and i am still waiting now. Numerous phone calls have always resulted in crap excuses... its in the out tray, you will recieve it shortly ..... blah, blah. In my opion its as good as theft.
As it happened I had to drive a 360 mile round trip to collect it myself. Found it piece of piss with a 4 year old atlas and a street map scribbled onto a bit of paper copied off the net
God knows why them tossers couldnt collect it
