Default Got an ASBO thingy

For pulling a broadie in the carpark

Copper called me a twat, i told him i didn't appreciate being called that. I told the other copper (much wiser older) and he gave him a right bollocking.

So if i get caught acting the fool in 12 months, i get my car taken

Section 59 = car equivalent of an Asbo.

"Antisocial behaviour in a motor vehicle"

2 in a year = bye bye car

You can even get one for a noisey exhaust!

Not half as severe as an ASBO tho is it, doesnt ban him from anywhere etc.

Section 59s are pretty common and properly cuntish things really as they can dish em out for almost owt if they wanna be arses.

Is it right that it has to be two of the same type of things to get properly done for it, or just two sec59s at any time for anything anywhere?
If so, thats properly shit.

As far as im aware its 2 within the time period, could be one for donuts and one for noisey exhaust, but im not positive on that, you would need to ask a piggy wiggy or better still a lawyer.

2 for anything mate!

Doesn't have to be in the same car either, so if you're driving a mate's car with a loud exhaust they could impound the car.

Tell me about it - lucky I knew the recovery truck driver when they tried to impound mine!

This is my old car being dropped off

Off duty copper was following me on his motorbike and stated that I was speeding and that my 'dump valve' was too loud (quite funny considering my FRST didn't have a dump valve).

Ahhh well, not likely to be caught doing anything dodgy for a while, don't think my 1.6 Escort Estate is capable of making enough noise to annoy anyone and struggles to get past 60

What a fucking cock jockey

Its a shame the type of person that the police force usually attracts are jumped up wankers.

Bit like, umm, Rimmer off RedDwarf (sorry, been watching UK Gold tonight )

That's exactly what I thought, him and his 'partner' were sat in my house for an hour waiting for the recovery truck to arrive! Glad to see our tax money goes towards something useful!

I can understand if I didn't have tax, MOT or insurance but I had all three and produced them when they tapped on my door - I just don't think he liked the fact that my car was quicker than his crappy old bike!

Situations like that make me glad I don't have a modified car anymore, which is a shame as they're much more fun than having a fast as standard car!

Wow, a few posts

Broadie = Sideways, yes.

12 months x 2 warnings = car inpounded (even if its another car)

Carpart was deserted, so i'm a bit miffed as to who my anti social behaviour was affecting
