Its slightly overstated (as youd expect from a site called londonclasswar.org) but its mostly true. It was on the front page of the independant a while back, it will be every major road, and linked to petrol station forecourt cameras and suchlike, if I remember correctly.

It's a good job number plates are really difficult to change - this system is going to catch loads of criminals

It's a completely flawed system. All it will do is monitor the comings and goings of the average law abiding citizen. It WON'T stop criminals who only have to clone cars and then watch as lots of innocent people are initially arrested before they can prove their exact where-abouts at the time of the cloned car (theirs) being captured doing a bank raid / illegal act .
