the drivers side door of my ST24 doesnt lock if i use the keyfob, or lock using the other doors, it does lock all doors if lock from the drivers door or use the key in the drivers door. Does this sound like the central locking motor? as i have just seen summit on ebay called an "Infared sensor" which they say is also stops doors locking properly if it goes, haynes doesnt list this thing, so am watching a locking motor and this sensor but wanna know which to get to be honest lol, or could it be summit else like a soleniond

 

Can you hear the motor clicking in that door when you lock the other doors? Get someone to lock the doors from the drivers side & listen to see if you can hear it clicking.

 

will check that, the handle inside doesnt move at all

 

Do any of the doors lock if you use the remote Gra?

 

if the drivers door is locked, then the other 3 and boot lock, if the drivers door is no locked then all the other doors lock then straight away unlock.
which is why i thought it was the motor

 

My guess would be the solenoid in the drivers door Gra
