A up mate, hows the old girl going . From what I can remember the DPE gearbox/transfer box is mono lubed. They drilled holes through the gearbox housing into the transfer box due to the gearbox pressurizing and pushing the oil into the transfer box and the oil couldn't return back to the gearbox.

Cheers

Jay mate, how's it going??

When I changed the box last year I filled the transfer box and gearbox up seperately, so don't think they done this mod to me new one?? But the gears are crunching every now and again, but clutch is almost dead. So gonna change clutch and make sure box has new oil in and see how she goes But the box has had a hammering in the past year

Changed front diff, box and rear diff now

Im good cheers mate.

They must have sorted the breather system out then, as I had several gearbox failures until they mono lubed the gear/transfer box. Never had a problem after that. Might be worth giving Pete a call.

So you've killed the front diff too LOL. That was the original one, so its lasted well really. are you going for an uprated diff now?
