Righty peeps ,i know its prob been asked a thousand times before but im lookin for some prices etc

i have a 4x4 saph cos and wonderin how much does a respected company charge for a freshin up in the engine department ,rings,shells,crank-reground,head checked and anything else ,engine run in and set up etc etc ,u know the stuff peeps !!!

peeps such as harvey gibbs for rebuild etc

car is stage 3 with all the right bits ,nothin wrong just now but fancy a freshin up later in year before it gets a full respray !!

Im assuming we are talking 3.5-4k or thereabouts !!

that would get you a new block all done with your internals and new bearing etc - persoanlly if its not broke dont fix it - it will cost enough when it does go never mind spending it when its running ok
