would this help so all the time wasting wankers(and there are quite a few on here) will be made public as for what they and also for the people who have been ripped of by certain companys etc.

tough one really.

a) How do you know it's true? Site could get sued for Libel.

b) Customer may have sorted out but doesn't update on here. i.e it turns out to be customer's fault NOT the company in question but there is a bad post still there about them.

Thats just two reason why not off the top of my head.
