need to refurb my alternator just want to know if it comes out the top of the engine bay or does it need to be taken out underneath. looks like there enough room with the air filter out the way to take it out from the top but just want to check cheers

 

just undo it and then find outcan only go either way.

 

intercooler pipe off, airbox off inc pipe, sometimes easier to drain cooling system and remove rad hose too and then take out from the top.
