Whats the best way to get it off paintwork and wheels?

what do you reccomend?

maybe better make an effort to polish the car today.

Meguairs gold class bug and tar remover. Dont need for rubbing, wont damage paintwork or leave smears, top stuff.

It will come real easy with petrol on a clean cloth.Then a good coat of wax and youre brand new.Regards Micky

Turtle Wax bug and tar remover works for me and requires very little elbow grease (a major bonus for a lazy fooker like me). Spray it on and watch the tar just run down.

I've used Autoglym Tar Remover..... very handy when you have a silver car that's bottom end is steadily turning black and spotty!

Coke works ( the black liquid stuff not the white powder stuff), I use it all the time and it wont damage the paint.
