Everytime i press the clutch it is very creaky and doesn't feel as tight. Is this just the pedal making the noise or could the cable be a bit worn and maybe need a change??

Also, how often would you change the cable??

I have had 2 creaky cables in the past and both snapped at most inapropriate times
