does anyone know if i can just whack the head of a DT on a normally asp engine? do i need the loom? is there a ecu? i have a escort 55 derv van thats a bit gutless!! S plate btw...

Me too i interpreted the post wrong thought u were putting a dt head on a petrol bottom end It sould be ok providing all the galleries are in the same place and u might need to swop the cam.

You would think being a diesel fitter i would know this!!!
