Any Climbers use this site???
as above, been doing it for about 7months myself now and i love it. Been lead climbing for about 2months and really noticing the improvement in routes i can do from technique as oposed to strength as i first thought.
My sister has been climbing for over 10 years now so i've picked up on alot of the gargon etc. Very true what you say, technique is the key, however strength is required in the fingers - get a "gripmaster" to practice and improve your finger strength.
I used to go to the Glasgow Climbing centre quite alot, got pretty good, problem being I was always a bit overweight
. Sorting that out now, so I'm gonna start going again, need a partner though, as my previous (cousin) has moved to the States
.
Still got all my gear though

i struggle to find partners to climb with often enough, idealy i'd go 4-5 times a week (indoors) but my friends and work mates arn't up for it that much. AGAR-COSWORTH, women are the best climbers i've seen, such smooth actions.

Lets just say 2 years ago some employees didn't have much regard for safety, hence why she left along with the other 95% of instructors at the time
They staged a Stella Artious (spell
) film screening there of Indiana Jones - was class, they had Nazi uniformed guards showing you to your seat etc
