Default 2.1 ZVH Build.....parts required....

Hi all, i know u may have heard this a million times before, and no doubt are sick to the back teeth of hearing this but im new so bare with me. Im looking to start building a ZVH lump, but need a dvice on which parts to go for and where to go about getting them. I Have an idea of what i want but interested in your views and experiences?

Utilising a 2.0 Mondeo Block and crank the parts i was considering are as follows:

Accriltie ZVH Pistons (Burton Power)
Farndon H Section Steel Rods (burton Power)
Escort 1.8 Zetec Sump
CVH Water Pump Adaptor Plate
Felpro Headgasket
ARP Rod end Bolts

Cheers for the advice all

350 bhp max for zvh

500 bhp for zetec

but depends on how far you gonna go will cost the same to get 350 out of the zvh as 500 bhp for the zetec

check this site for zetec turbo

http://www.zetec-turbo.co.uk/

if your just after a cheap bit of extra power then just go zvh imo

go full zetec, It'll be reliable and the engine wont be pushed

Use steel rods though, as standard are pushed when they go about 250bhp
