just brought a new 06 reg turbo diesel fiesta

would it be worth while chipping it?


after more economy than performance as its the misses runaround


anything else i could do to improve economy? intercooler?

Stu can prob map it Drop him email, and usually gives more power and bit more economy

 

what about air filters and stuff


will it be like tunning a petrol engine?

I had my golf gti tdi remapped to 200bhp and shedloads of torque. Best £400 I've spent. Alot of people use aftermarket filters with a drilled out airbox as this is supposed to help breathing no end.

fiesta diesels use the citreon lump!

put a t4 and a rs500 intercooler on it

a chip will help no end but the air filter is part of the cam cover and is a pain in the arse to change and i dont know if an induction kit could or could fit!

just chip it and be done me thinks
