As some may know on here ive had a long going saga with a customer not paying me money owed (about £3000). It went to court last year blah blah blah. Basically in the end the Court agreed that he pays £35 per month to me with the first payment being on July 17th 2005. I've never had a penny to this day. I've contacted the courts again and they sent a bailiff around again to know avail. They then write to me saying that they arent taking any more proceedings as he has nothing to give me and have dropped the case out of Court. . Fooking UK Legal system sucks.

Anyway i havent made contact with anyone regarding this since last August, but now I'd like someone to drive past his house and make a note of any car registration numbers on the driveway, out on the road etc etc.... At the time of the court/bailiff proceedings i think he was clever enough to think that having no vehicles/assets around him would mean he will get away with it. Hopefully now though he will think that I have given up chasing - but I havent!!!!!

If ANYONE can help me it would be absolutely fantastic!! I can give you the exact address and postcode of him.

To expect you to lose out cause they can't be arsed to chase him stinks though and is well out of order IMO.

I say people like this who continue to evade repaying after court proceedings should be forced to repay their debt at half minimum wage doing hard labour for the creditor. If they fail to do so they should be jailed.

On the other hand, you could end up having some right dodgy characters on your premises!
