Can you remove the cam out of a S2 without removing the head?
Also when running a new cam in do you hold it at 2-2.5k rpm for 20 mins? CheeRS

 

yes and yes

you need to undo all the rocker arms, take out all the tappets, remove the dizzy and pulley, take the thrust plate out from behind the pulley and slide it towards the dizzy end of the head, job done

If you're using new tappets make sure you soak them in oil for a couple of hours before fitting them
