Does the s1 dash fit in the s2?

Anyone done this? I thnking of doin it, prefer the s1 dash much nicer...

Theres a finish which you can get done seen it in here a while ago.. looks mint as.. its a rough kind of finish? Hope that makes sense

the effect your looking for is called flocking mate looks smart as imo.
hard to find a s1 dash in good condition though good luck finding one
not seen it done s1 into a s2 before though, seen s2 in a s1 few times.

 

Id imagine they would fit, and you'll probablly find that the dash in a mk3 1.3 popular will be the same as the one in the rst! lol, so you wouldnt have to limit yourself to looking for RST dashboards. The effect your talking about is flocking I think, the "Twins" on here done it to his red s2.

Jimmy boy - you may well be right when it comes to the dash you know what ford are like

 

Dont know if there are actually any companies as such that do it, think it's more of a DIY effort. Im pretty sure though that the twins have done several things for people on here, and flocking a dash may be something he'll do, you should PM him.

 

dash board is a diff finnish/colour in lesser models, but if your flocking it wont matter

 

try suffolk flocking doug will sort you out witha superb job
