plus side is you will have a slightly better acceleration, but with a top speed loss!!!

thanks m8 whats the most they will lose top end speed is it buy alot ive heard a few people say they still got to ther 170 with this diff

in real terms on a 17" wheels, 2wd box, 3.9 diffs at approx 7k in fifth your looking at around 160mph - more than enough

160 is enough IMO. Better acceleration is always good.
