I have a Magnex and it looks and sounds just right for me.

 

That Magnex looks sweet I was aways going to go for Mongoose

I have a magnex on mine sounds very nice without being too loud, and the fit is excellent..

magnex is the best fit as its like the normal one and isnt to loud, i had one fitted to my car and it was fine only changed it for a mongoose because i was told that it whould be better for my power but it is louder and hangs a bit lower

gotta be honest i love my mongoose wouldn't swap it for anything

 

my friend has a cossie with a scorpion i believe and its so loud when it comes on boost, really dont wana do this to mine to be honest, i dont want to actract negative attention, its gets enough of that already!!! think i'd probably go with the mongoose!!

anyone got the GGR system? 3"bore? must help spool up alot!

 

yep, ive got ggr on mine,brilliant fit,loads of ground clearance as it mounts differently,not too loud, but not made anymore

i no im asking alot hear but has any got a clip of the blue flame and mongoose so i can hear what they sound like?

 

sure the new systems by blue flame are a fange fitting.

they dont slide inside one another like the old ones.

they may be better to fit etc....

 

the same exhaust will sound different with the amount of gasses going through them, so unless the vid clip is off a car with about the same power/ boost it wont sound the same anyway as my car sounds like a jet fighter when at full boost but when it was a stage 1 it didnt

 

the new bluflame ones as on ebay are indeed flange fit - so yes better fitment and no twisting or missalignment. blueflame is actually the same company as mongoose, (or mongoose make them for blueflame - one or the other) had a mongoose on my 4x4 saph - and my esocs - perfect fit on both, not too loud, nice burble

 

dunc your old magnex sounds great under my car!!

Ive got a mongoose on my big turbo. But its not got roar on boost even no to running 25psi. So I want a scorpion on mine then it should sound more like my old rst I hope . At the end of the day its all down to your taste.
