Power steering Fluid...leaking from cap

Power steering Fluid...leaking from cap
Whats going on here, anyone else experienced this, the bottle is wet, and it is obviously coming from the little black nipple on the cap top......

Too much fluid in it. Mine did it too.

Well its only up to the line, about half inch past the ridge..

mine tends to do it when you hold it on full lock, only a little dribble though!

they also do it when you turn without the engine running
