Default Pulley

What difference will iget if im using a xr3i pulley, where is the difference?
Someone wrote in here that the timing is retarded on the RS pulley and not on the xr3i pulley, but what does that meen in plain English(Danish)and what will it do to the engine if its a xr3i pulley?

the rst pulley is the same with the cvh 1.3 pulley

RST's KA pulley gives 4 degrees of retard making the engine more powerfull where the boost is, 3000rpm ->
If you use a more advanced pulley (LA / AA) you will get better low down off boost power for everyday driving, but lose in max power.
