Cooling system headroom
Hi,
I'm a newbie here - just bought a Sapphire Cosworth running 25psi boost with appropriate fuelling, mapping and intercooling giving somewhere around 345bhp
My concern is that (to me) the standard rad looks very small compared with other turbo cars I've owned. Should I be concerned about cooling (especially if I do trackdays), and if so can anyone recommend a decent uprated unit that won't break the bank?
Thanks in advance
Kurt

Here's the two places that I'd shop at for a better radiator mate
http://www.proalloy.co.uk/cgi-bin/si...86&id=proalloy
http://www.paceproducts.co.uk/php/pr...ar/rscosworth3
As I have a Pace RS500 spec intercooler, I'd buy the Pace radiator over the Pro alloy
