In my case, it was massive overfuelling, very difficult to start, ran like a pig.

On my dads Cossie it started and ran fine when it was cold, took it up the road, came on boost a couple of times then just cut out, was a right pain to start and over fueled. Managed to start it eventually got a couple of mins down the road taking it proper easy, then cut out again.

CTS is a thermister that changes resistance according to temperature and it can fail ANYWHERE in the temp range.

IE: Can be fine cold yet fail hot, fine hot but fail cold, fine hot and cold but fail warm..... possibilities are endless.

if it's completely failed, or the connection is broken, it will throw up a fault code that can be read from the diagnostic port (as will all of the other sensors)
