at 17 and as a first car i would really recomend a 1.6 fiesta si, they have a really good interior only fiesta with a better interior are fiesta RS turbos with recaros. the engine is quite nippy 98bhp and the bubble bumpers are good too. here is mine:

http://www.fordsport.org.uk/New/memb...s%20Fiesta.htm

and if you get a good example with not much rot, you can allways bung a 2.0 out of a mondeo at a later date and get the bhp of a standard Fiesta Rs turbo!

you could allways try and get an fiesta xr2i but you might have trouble getting insurance, if you want to know anything about the fiesta si go to this site:

www.fiesta-si.com

im on there and there are plenty of other helpful lads! you can pm me too if you wanna know anything.
