picture sizing

every time i post pics on here they all come up in normal size for the first view and then they all go massive, is it my pc, server(photo bucket) or is it PF where the problem lies????

You need to reduce the size of your pictures before you post them I just use paint (EDIT) ( STRETCH/SKEW)
