Default high temperature

3 dr cossie running a 330 conversion, temperature gauge above half. Would fitting an alloy rad solve the problem? Recently had a new head gasket.

I remember changing the head gasket on my cos a few years ago & that also altered the temp abit but i never had any probs with it. I'd leave it & see how it runs for a week or so mate if it gets real high (3/4 of the way up the gage) then i'd probably change the thermostat to one with a lower rating.
